"I just wanted to write to you and thank you for all of your help with my skincare. I have always had oily/combination skin and have battled mild acne from time to time since I was about 18. I was never taught about the importance of skincare until I met you. I use to use a bar soap to remove the oil and dry up my acne when needed and I never used any types of moisturizers or a sunscreen on my face.
